Calligraphy equipment - what do you need to have to start calligraphy? Pt.1
Hi. Today I'm gonna tell you what kind of equipment you have to buy to start calligraphy - trust me,it doesn't have to be as proffesional as it sometimes seems like. For basic stuff I needed to start I spent something around $15 (around because I live in Poland, so we have different currency here). 1. Pen Pen is the most important thing of the whole equipment and also it's the most expensive one. Actually you can get two types of them : 1. Traditional dip pen: I've been using this one since three months (that's when I started calligraphy). It looks like that: Dip pen doesn't have any type of ink converters or place for cartriges. You just have to dip it in the bottle with ink as its name says. For me it is kinda annoying because you have to do that every 15 seconds so i prefer the second type of pen, about which I will tell you somethimg in a moment.
